Ben Oliva,  the Owner/Broker of Family Tree Realty, has enjoyed a varied and full career.  One of Ben's passions over the years has been Real Estate which has allowed him to experience the economic and political turbulence of the last several years on an up front, real time and personal way.  He understood in early 2006 that the shift from a “sellers to a buyers” market had begun and decided for a time to focus almost exclusively on buyers. 
     Now that the market has begun another shift, it is time to bring balance back to the business by working with both; buyers and sellers.   Ben specializes in both residential and commercial properties and the agents at Family Tree Realty work with buyers and sellers through out Nassau and Queens counties including Mineola, Williston Park, New Hyde Park, Carle Place, Floral Park, Freeport, Baldwin, Astoria and Long Island City.
